He fixed the bathroom switch problem in 10 minutes. In an area where we could not even get an electrician to return our calls, it was amazing service. "I do not think I have ever posted a review ever, but I am going to make an exception for Honest Electrical. A few weeks ago I was trying to figure out who the installers were who installed the solar system on my house. I bought the house last year and the system had not worked since. I guess I should have had someone inspect the system before buying the house. I do not even know how I stumbled onto the guys at Honest Electric, but I am sure glad I did. It was pure luck on my part, but once they contacted me I could not believe how exceptional they were. Their customer service was beyond anything I have ever experienced and having been a customer service representative I know a few things about this. Their main concern was that I knew from start to finish exactly what was going on and that I was completely satisfied. There is not enough space here to explain my gratitude so I will just close by saying AWESOME!!!!!"
