"When I call to ask questions, they are very responsive. Either the owner or one of the guys tries to answer my questions over the phone and if they don't know what I'm talking about, they will come and look at it. They are very customer oriented. I feel that even though they are part of a national organization, they seem to behave like local people. When I call, it is very obvious that these people own the business. If you own the business, you have a different attitude than if you are an employee. Because they own it, they are very responsive to their customers."

Out of eight weeks of mowing they cut it the right height for three weeks. We have a berm they prefer not to cut behind – however last week they did not cut the side yard at all. In the area</li> <li> under our Star Magnolia his staff trimmed so much (I guess so they do not have to cut under) that there is now no grass at all and we will have to reseed. Around our front flower beds has trimmed such a wide swath (foot wide) were we now have bare dirt. </li> <li> </li> <li> We engaged them to take care of weed and feed – yet we have weeds and nutsedge growing/coming up all over the yard including a 8 foot x 8 foot section in the backyard.</li> </ul> </ul> <p>So -- if you just want them to cut yard and you are not too picky then they would be okay. He is punctual. Cuts on the same day each week. </p> <br /> <br /> <br />"

"The company did all of the fertilization and weed control for the full season. At the beginning of the year, Kevin walked though all the recommended services for my lawn and allowed me to select those I wanted.  I knew the full cost up front. He would call before each service and made sure I was happy. Bottom line is all I had to do was water and mow. Definitely recommended and I will use them again next year."

We had an infestation of some kind of bug, and they wait until the patch of grass was dead, to tell us that we were not subscribed for this treatment.We are not happy, and will be going with someone else this spring."

"I have had Turf Gator treating my lawn for 2 years, I started the services after I built my home and started my lawn.  I had noticed that I was starting to get weeds the first spring so I did some looking around and found them by surfing the internet...it was a gamble at the time but I am very happy with what they have done.  My lawn improves every year with their treatments, they are very up front when they tell you that this process takes time, it does but the results are fantastic and I don't have to worry about doint it myself.  I am rarely home when the techs come but when I am they knock every time and are always enthusiastic about speaking to me about my lawn.  If I am not home, they leave a note everytime with hand written comments about what they have noticed about my lawn, or suggestions on cutting height or watering.  I have them do just about every treatment they do, lawn fert / Lime app / Grub app / shrub treatment / pest spray.  I noticed that they were leaving some of the granuals from the treatment on my back patio, I was concerned about my pets and children so I called them and they said they would make note to make sure it didn't happen in the future.  I have had 4 treatments since that one call and have never had any more granuals on my patio!!  I can tell you that I am extremely happy with the service they provide. <br />"
