"Jason came out and gave us an estimate and we decided to go with Don's Electrical as their estimate was very good compared to others and they had good review on Angie's list. We scheduled a date and time. Jason and Don arrived at the agreed time. Took measurements and picked up supplies. Continued to work all day with exception of lunch break. They completed the job and we were satisfied with the work. They were very professional and friendly. Knew what they were doing and worked very well as a team. Could not have asked for better service and communication from them was top of the line. They informed us of everything they did and went over the installation of the circuit breakers with my husband and how the connection for the generator worked. Very pleased. Will call them again when we need any electrical work done."

"This company was terrific.  When I called to schedule the appointment, the woman I spoke with was very knowledgeable and helped me determine what service I needed.  In addition, I was mailed a work order in advance listing everything that would be included with the basic annual maintenance service I signed up for.  The technician arrived right on time and did a great job of explaining to us any issues he ran into.  We had all the parts needed on his truck and was able to complete the repair on that initial visit.  He advised me that I would be mailed bill and could pay by check or credit card when I received it in the mail.  When the bill arrived, everything was exactly as quoted.  No surprises or problems of any kind.  A great company to work with.

"Andrew came to our house between Ann Arbor and Plymouth at 8 PM on Tuesday when a storm caused an electrical outage. We had a generator but we're only getting partial power in the house. Andrew ran tests inside the house, determining that not enough power was coming into the house. He then started testing different areas of the generator until he found the part not working. Once he located the problem, he quickly fixed it. Because he didn't give up on me or my problem, he restored electricity, saving me hundreds from food spoilage in a refrigerator and freezer. I don't think most electricians would have stuck with the problem or been able or willing to fix the generator. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would."
