"His employee clean the gutters and ran water in front of the house clean the downspouts. He cleaned the gutters in the back but to not run water, because he said he was running late for another job. I asked him to connect to three foot plastic extensions from the gutters which entailed putting two screws in each one and he told me he should have charged me for that you don't do it for nothing. So I paid him $125 because he didn't sound like he was kidding."

"Our experience was excellent with this company. We were needing to get our gutters cleaned. We don't have trees in our yard but the neighbors do and close to the property line. Our gutters bear the brunt of the leaves and the seeds of a couple of large maple trees. So along with cleaning my wife and I were talking about getting something like those mesh screens that people lay on top of their gutters to screen debris. We had just received one of their flyers in one of those advertising bags that they hang on your front door knob. So, it was quite timely. 

We called them up and they had a very nice salesperson Noel come out to bid. NO HIGH PRESSURE AT ALL! He was good. He explained the type of gutter protection to us, how it works and careful to explain that the installation is a semi-permanent installation. The caveats he explained is if your roof needs to be replaced, you need to contact Mid-Mo Gutter protection to uninstall and re-install after a new roof is installed and do not lay ladders against it because it could deform or damage the product. 

We decided to go with it. EVERYTHING was very prompt and went exactly as they said it would. We live in CoMo, and as of this writing it has rained almost 6 inches since they installed on Oct. 1, 2014. About the time they got done it started to rain, so our new system really got a workout! It works great by the way. 

Lastly I want to say how kind, warm, considerate, responsible, accurate, and pleasant Steve and Jennifer Prior (the owners) are. A big selling point for me is I called to ask about the warranty as in what would happen if god forbid, they go out of business. Well they've been in business for over 10 years and Jennifer told me they are a debt free business. No loans, no mortgage, no business mortgage. To run a business debt free means you have excellent business people to work with. They aren't going anywhere. The warranty incidentally is a lifetime warranty AND it's transferrable. 

I highly recommend this company, the product is expensive but it's worth it. The people you get to do business with at Mid-Mo Gutter Protection are worth it too and they make it worth it. It's been years since I have this level of customer service. Steve was going to leave after the job and said he'd just bill us. I wasn't going to have any of that, I made sure they were paid at the end of their job. The experience was so good, I'm trying to think of anything I could do to do more business with them!"
