They are coming back on Monday to apply the sealer (had to wait for paint to dry). They even did a trash run on items we needed to get rid of. Wouldn’t hesitate to hire Vandermark and Son Painting. "CPP Painting arrived on time, completed the work as agreed and wrapped up the project(s) ahead of schedule. The finished product was better than expected. We needed some assistance with paint coloring ideas and their suggestions were amazing. We originally hired CPP for some interior painting, flooring, baseboard and cabinet work. We then re-hired them a second project that included exterior painting and additional interior flooring & cabinet work. We anticipate a third project for them in the near future to include a full bathroom remodel. They are prompt, reliable, do amazing work and were able to make changes mid-project. "Tom and Steve are fantastic to work with. They were very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. When I first met with Tom to start discussing plans I had several ideas and he was very honest about how far my budget would go and what I could actually do to maximize space. During demo they were always very prompt and kept the work site clean. They replaced all of my old plumbing, and because I discussed what I wanted to do with the kitchen they ran plumbing to where I want to move my fridge in the future. They also discovered many issues with the existing wiring, which they replaced and also explained very clearly what the issues meant and how they were going to fix it. I had a steam shower installed and used tile to do a wainscoting in both bathrooms. They did a wonderful job tiling, especially since it is an older home and they were single lay 3x5 tiles. Also the bull nose tiles I purchased wouldn't work and they came up with a solution on the fly that I absolutely love. They were also very good about responding promptly to questions. I would absolutely recommend you work with these guys they did a fantastic job and I will definitely work with them again.

"I contacted Greg A. Bailor Drywall & Painting in September 2014 for interior texture and paint for a residential property built in 1911. When I called I was able to speak directly to the owner, Greg Bailor.  I explained that I was managing the renovation of the residence from Virginia, 2500 miles away. We discussed my needs at length and he scheduled a date the following week for a complete walkthrough of the house including the basement. He emailed a detailed estimate two days later.  That I was not able to be on site to see the progress would be a challenge, but he said it would be no problem and we both agreed good communication would be the key. His team started work three days later.
Over the next two weeks Greg and I were in contact almost everyday. He was great about keeping me updated on the progress of his team.  He and I also had many consults about the color scheme and texture for the interior of the house. He was very patient and walked me through many of his suggestions. In this case, I really left the creative eye to the professional and trusted his experience to deliver a beautiful result.  He did not disappoint. I was able to make a trip to Reno a few weeks later to see the work.  As I walked through the front door I couldn?t believe the stunning transformation throughout the whole house.  He really made it new again.
In February 2015 I contact Greg Bailor again to complete the final touch ups after the installation of new doors, a new kitchen and a new bath. He began work two weeks later and had the project finished in two days. Touch ups took a bit longer because the baseboards needed to be primed and repainted due to overspray of tung oil application by the hardwood floor refinishers.
