"<p>We called to get an estimate and they responded within a couple of days when they promised, to the minute.  After comparing the estimates we called to accept their's and schedule the work.  Because we had just been through a wind storm, they were busy but said 1-2 weeks.  In a week and a half they arrived in the morning, got to work and were finished late in the afternoon.  They were professional, only stopping for lunch and cleaned up throughly.  We paid 1/2 when we scheduled the work and they billed us for the remainder when they finished.</p> <p><br /></p> <br />"

"It started out as a bad clutch release bearing.  After 3 hours of struggling with the transmission reinstallation we determined that the bearing through pieces and parts all over the clutch bell housing.  The best course was to replace the whole clutch assembly.  I purchased the parts, because it was late in the day they said they could finish the job first thing Monday morning.  To my surprise and delight they called me Monday morning to ket me know that the job was finished.  It seemed they came in on their day off to finish the job.  That kind of service is RARE and should be commended.  I would definetly use Dayton Valley Service again and HIGHLY RECOMMEND them."

"After the car dealership quoted $600 to repair my car's muffler I spoke to Richard at Dick's Muffler. He said he could probably fix it for $100 and made an appointment for about 1 hour later. I arrived at the agreed upon time and he immediately put my auto on the rack and commenced to cut out the original muffler. Unfortunately it is a one man shop and Richard has to also answer the phone and deal with customers who walk in. He still completed the repair in a reasonable amount of time."
