My experience with Bill was a very professional and pleasant one right from my first inquiry. I recently painted and purchased some additions for my bedroom with the intention of possibly purchasing new carpeting!  I needed some guidance and a professional opinion since I was over budget and was considering keeping my cost down by having the carpeting cleaned instead. He was able to stop by and take a look at the carpet and gave me an honest opinion of what I could expect from the outcome and

"After first having to re-schedule, two women showed up; one was obviously a trainee, the other in charge. During their time in the house, the "in charge" woman had to keep checking on the work of the trainee and, more than once, correct a chore. In the end, the work performed was spotty. For example, large bits of our Christmas tree pine needles still resided in corners of the living room. The area rug in the kitchen was not cleaned despite it being on the list of items to be vacuumed. Mind you, what was cleaned was done well enough, just not as thorough as we would have liked or how things had been done in the past with another service. So, because this was not a satisfactory experience, we have chosen & are using another housecleaning service."

"Top notch responsiveness and was able to schedule a cleaning almost immediately within their busy schedule. Gabe worked with us to fit us in on short notice- getting ready for a party at home. Three people showed up to clean over 3 1/2 hours. They finished up a little earlier than expected, and everything looked good without too close an inspection. After I had a chance to check specific areas (fans, baseboards, cabinets), I realized there was a misunderstanding between our communication and the included items on adeep clean on the Angie's list deal. I called Gabe back the next day and was able to schedule a time for them to come back and finish the job. He and the crew were so friendly, great with our dog and kids, and very professional. His estimate for a biweekly clean came in a little higher than other quotes I got, but overall I would recommend Keeler Green to others based on exceptional customer service and professionalism."
