"My roof was near the end of its lifespan (~29 years) and during the Memorial Day weekend this year, the interior ceiling showed some bubbles after a rainy day. I suspected that the old roof started to leak. I emailed/called a bunch of local roofing companies and none of them responded except RIGA. Even some companies that claimed to have 24/7 emergency services didn't respond. It's even more annoying that some companies did have people picking up the phone who, however, could only take a message which would never get responded. In contrast to other companies, Yuriy from RIGA responded to my call and scheduled a visit quickly. It turned out that they couldn't schedule the actual roof replacement job before the next rainy day, but they nicely offered to put up a temporary cover on my roof. During the roof replacement, they found that my gutters were too old and also needed replacement. In the end, they helped to replace both the roof and the gutters. They have done a great job."

This took months of fighting, and Browns crews came out and put emergency tarps on my roof twice for two separate leaks during this process. In May 2018, my house took a direct hit from a tornado and it didn’t loose a shingle. I couldn’t say as much for my siding. I once again called Brown Roofing, this time for the siding and gutters. The copper flashing was pulling away from around my chimney and looked like it was in need of repair or replacement. I had previously worked with another well reviewed roofing company on Angie's List that missed my scheduled appointment to examine my chimney flashing. So I was very pleased when Andrew from Gunner showed up exactly when promised, and I was quite fascinated with his use of a drone to take precise aerial photographs of the work to be performed from all angles - a rather tech savvy approach. Gunner provided a detailed estimate within hours, that was only 1/3 the cost of the estimate I ultimately received from that other roofer. Gunner Roofing completed the work on time, and did a very satisfactory job. This was a relatively modest project, but based on my experience, I hope to use Gunner Roofing when it comes time to redo my entire roof."
