"Randolph was phenomenal!!! He was incredibly thorough, credible and knowledgeable. He was here at the same time as another company that was installing cable and Internet. He intervened when he heard the other technician give us incorrect and misleading information. He then advised the other tech how to accomplish what we wanted, in the manner we wanted. His intervention cost us extra, which he advised us, up front, but it was worth it! Had he not intervened we would have paid so much more later. He did a wonderful job on our recessed lights, placing them exactly where the boss (aka my wife) wanted them. She was tickled pink with his knowledge and expertise and commented that it was exactly what she wanted from her electrician. "I called Mr. Rubin (the owner) on Tuesday and described the work that I needed and he gave me a quote over the phone. We scheduled to have the work done on Thursday, but 15 minutes after I hung up, Mr. Rubin called back and said he had a cancellation and since, in our original conversation I had asked if he could do the work on Wednesday, we rescheduled to do the work beginning at 7:30 am Wednesday. Mr. Cruz (electrician) arrived on time and after a brief explanation of what was needed, began working on removing the old electrical cooktop, hood, and associated wiring. He installed a new receptacle for the new gas cooktop I will be putting in and also ran the wiring for the new range hood that will be installed later. He replaced the 30 amp breaker with a new 15 amp breaker and also pointed out some other issues that need attention. The work took approximately 2 hours to complete. Mr. Cruz was very professional in everything he did and took the time to answer any questions I had. He was very polite, as was Mr. Rubin. I was very please with the work performed and will use them again if the need arises."

"Had to get my 100 amp panel upgraded last summer when we lost track of the power draw and almost burned the house down. Quick response, fair price and manned the job pretty quick. Work quality is first class. New feed, and two panels. Power company wasn't happy about the height of the mast, but my trees dictated placement. My wife is much happier with the higher line. Lucky for me, my house appears to have been hit by lightning during last weeks storms. I credit the new panel, whole house surge protector and the AFCI breakers for saving me from a lot more damage."
