"Highly recommended! We had our 25+ yr front windows replaced with Milgard Tuscany series windows which included difficult-to-make arch top picture windows. Initial consultations were quick, easy and efficient. Project manager and coordinators were very knowledgeable and helpful with suggestions. Project scheduler also kept us well informed and worked diligently to work within our time constraints. Installation was completed within a day (4 large windows), and stucco repair completed shortly thereafter. Again, crews were very professional and kept us informed of their progress. We will use OpenEnclose again as we continue to replace the remaining windows."

"Very professional.  The door is over 60 years old.  Somehow the insulated glass broke.  Starr came out and in less than two hours replaced the glass.  Most important given the age of the wooden door the trim repair as well as the glass is flawless.  Excellent job."

"Rossetti Remodelers and Window Specialists worked diligently and completed the job by the date we requested.  Anytime we needed to contact them, we were able to speak to a real person, or they called us right back.  Any unforeseen issue that arose was handled immediately and professionally.  Their crews were courteous, helpful, and dependable.  They also cleaned up everyday before leaving which was very important to us.  Their job was somewhat challenging in that the tub/shower combination was the original in the house built in 1958.  The finished product is modern and beautiful - just what we ordered.  The week after completion Rossetti Remodelers and Window Specialists came out to follow up and make sure everything was working correctly.  We would not hesitate to hire this company again. <br />"

"Completley gutted both bathrooms having to take shower walls out in one, that is a very small bath. Built pony walls in the small bath for the shower enclosure. Took old heaters out of the walls having to replaster the walls from that and all the holes the plumbers and electricians put in them. Was very helpful from day one going to different tile, and granite places with me. Helping me to get ideas of what to use and put it all together to get the look I wanted. Passed all his discounts for the materials on to me.We had issues with the plumbing in the walls and had to upgrade the electric. Neil helped me to find contractors that could do the work. Even though he did not have to he helped me over see these contracors. Neil built the replacement cabinets. We have very old saltio tile trough out our home he was able to match it perfectly, very happy about that. Anything I wanted changed or was not quit happy with he fixed gracesestly. Very professional him and his crew. Very accommodating to my husband an I. Having to take toilets in and out more then once because of me changing my mind and working between the two baths. Used travertine in both bath rooms. In the one it was very ununiform with red rock going through it. Neil and Mike placed it on the wall with so much flow that it looks incredible. The red rock looks like a river running through it. He also installed roof vents in both baths. I love my bathrooms and would hire Gilligan Remodleling again. <br />"

"After getting quotes from several more known window companies a neighbor recommended Rick. He had performed similar work for them several years ago and they were happy with the work and the windows. Rick was extremely responsive. Was at our home within 2 hours of the first contact. Gave a very effcient sales presentation and estimate. His terms were easy to work with. As soon as he had the windows he was ready to install and showed up exactly when he said. Did exactly what he promised. Very clean and profession work. My wife and dog where present during most of the installation and both were very comfortable with him. He was not the lowest quote, but far from the highest. One of the best things is he was the one to sell the work and do the work. No mis-communications."
