"I have spent many weekends spraying and pulling weeds in my yard - I live in mid-town on a lage lot.  Last summer I returned from a summer vacation to find a yard filled with weeds 2-3 ft tall. A friend had recommended Weed Trol so I called them, and after learning the treatments would not harm my cat,  arranged for their services. They came by and viewed the yard (jungle) and gave me an estimate of $120 for the initial spray. We scheduled a date and they arrived on time. Within 2 weeks the weeds were dead.  Every month Weed Trol does scheduled touch ups on new sprouts and those tough to kill root grasses for only $20. It is so nice to sit and enjoy a weed-free yard.  I use to dred the rain as it only meant more weeds - not anymore.  Added bonus - no more 'warning notices'  from the city that my weeds are too tall. Excellent, professionally run, local family business. <br />"

"Tom came by and I explained the job, showing him around the property. He took careful note of what I was asking for. At the end he gave me an estimate of $250 including dump fees. This sounded reasonable so we scheduled a time for him to come back.He came back during the day, when I was not at home. He took care of everything I asked for. The debris was gone and the desert broom removed. He did a very careful job trimming all the trees to look beautiful. He took care of all the weeds and removed the grass growing in the pavement crevices. He cleaned out the herb garden (with a tiny complaint that he removed one small herb plant that was not a weed -- but it was pretty hard to tell from among all the weeds!) There was no debris left anywhere, and my front driveway had been swept. It was an excellent, very professional job, and I would definitely recommend him. <br />"

"Great. Bartlett sent an arborist to do the evaluation (at no cost) and to prepare a treatment proposal should any be needed. He took his time with me to look over each tree and offered numerous comments for each, including his assessment of the trees condition, what problems he saw, if any, and suggestions as to how to best care for the tree. In the end, he concluded that there were no professional services needed now and gave me his card should I have any questions or need services in future."

"The solutions proposed by the landscape designer were very creative. She was very responsive to our requests and ideas. We are very happy with the environment, smells and wildlife it attracts. However, over the course of the project the workers worked very slowly and the progress showed it (long and frequent breaks). We advised the foreman, but it didn't seem to make any difference. After the project was completed, we experienced some flooding in the back yard during monsoon rains because the drainage grade wasn't done properly. (This had never happened previously.) We called the owner to explain that the water was backing up toward the back entry and she refused to do anything about it, saying "oh, this is just normal after strong rains". Even after showing photos of the flooded area, she would not budge. There was also an issue with an ocotillo they planted that died within a few months. After requesting a replacement she said they never guarantee ocotillos. But there was nothing in our contract regarding that exception. Our rating is a mixed bag. Some of the employees are very responsive and professional. Others, not. The quality of the design and the outcome worked well for us. My advice is make sure the contract is explicit in what you want or be prepared to get stiffed."

"They removed mice from attic and secured entry areas. Stoped pigeon population by screening areas of our roof off, and treated for any other bugs and pest such as scorpions around our stucco home. Very satisfied with their work."
