"The entire project, from start to finish, went extremely well. I've always done the tree trimming myself, but at 73, I'm no longer able to climb ladders, so needed assistance. I contacted BOTS early Monday morning, a representative came out that afternoon to do a walk-around and provide an estimate. Later that day the work was scheduled for 2 days later. A 3-man team arrived as scheduled, walked through the project just to be sure I’d not changed anything, and they began their work. Each team member had a specific job, and they worked together seamlessly. They were professional, respectful, and very courteous. It had been several years since the 5 trees had been trimmed, and they did an excellent job bringing back into great condition. The trees now look like they’ve been cared for, and I won’t be concerned that the next wind storm will break any of the limbs. The removal of the desert broom will alleviate the mess created with the seed pods blowing all over. The team did an excellent job of clean-up also. I couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome and would definitely recommend this service to anyone. And I will definitely contact them again in the future. This company conducts business the way it used to be and should be. Unfortunately, in today’s environment, professionalism and quality are not always present. "Mike cleaned the front yard and back yard. Cleared all the weeds and junk from the tree that had fallen all over the yard. They also trimmed the tree from h***. It was overgrown and the limbs have these deadly thorns all over them.  The yards and tree looked great when they were done. I would definitely use them again! They were great to work with too! I thought I had written a review awhile ago and realized I didn't.  The date might be off a little. Sorry for the delay!  They were great!

Our yard was very overgrown since nobody had tended to it in a while. Besides all the weeding that needed to be done, there were also broken irrigation lines which were squirting water everywhere. We had some dead trees that we hadn't gotten round to removing - Steve and his crew cut these trees down to the ground so well that we cannot even see the stump anymore. The irrigation were fixed and the watering frequency adjusted for winter.  The larger trees were nicely trimmed and shaped to be out of the way and yet provide privacy. 

Steve also gave us some tips on when to water and for how long, so as to minimize the water bill. You can see from his work that he takes great pride in what he does, because he makes an effort to do it really well.  He gave us ideas on what plants would work well in different areas of the yard (for new plants that we plan on planting), based on available sunlight or whether we wanted color or privacy. All in all Steve and his crew did a fabulous job and we have asked him to take care of our yard on a monthly basis.  I would most certainly recommend Steve to anyone for landscaping and yard maintenance. Thanks Steve!

He kept me informed of his progress. I was out of town. He called to tell me he could not be on the property because it was raining. He assured me he would return the following day. "Jose is first of all a really good person. Honest, reliable, fair, highly skilled, and a pleasure to talk with. He and his helper did a 5-star job today on my huge tree and stump/root removal. They also did a perfect job cleaning up and raking everything back in order. Jose left the job spotless!
