Shane was the first to provide an estimate. I told my wife after Shane left that if I was ever going to buy after the first estimate it would have been from Shane. <br /> The installation team was also very professional, courtious and thorough. Cleaned up and neatened up daily allowing access to the garage after their work hours during the entire project. <br /> There were a few small items on the roof that needed to be corrected after the soffits and gutters were installed and the were handled within 2 ~ 3 days. <br />"

The roof was perfect and they clean up all nails and old shingles.</p> <p> You may find someone that will give you a better price but you cant get a better job. "Our "only" negative comment about Ground Zero Shelters is that they do not come to a persons residence to give the sales pitch and demonstration. You must go to their showroom or see their product at a home show. This being said, we were extremely happy with the sales experience, reminders and installation of our shelter. They called about 10 days prior to the installation for a reminder, their installers called the day before and the morning of the installation to remind us that they would be at our home at the designated time. They showed up as promised and were completed with the installation in less than 1 1/2 hours time! Thank you Ground Zero!"
