"I had purchased a big deal for the service. I had purchased it as a gift for my daughter. The guy came out and everything was fine, except that the estimate he gave was more than my daughter had budgeted. My daughter was happy that they discussed it with somebody, but they haven't gone ahead with the remodelling."
