A few years later a skylight started leaking and Mike was onsite and fixed it the same day. Then yesterday (8/21/2024) I found an issue with the roof and Mike had a crew onsite first thing today to fix it. I have no hesitation in recommending Mike and Earthtone for your roofing needs."

"It started out great, they were timely and professional. And they fixed the holes in the roof. However, they replaced the shingles with a significantly different color shingle. When I advised it was the wrong color, Yani said he would correct the issue. This was on November 3. After 4 texts of him telling us he would be out to replace the shingles, the work has not been completed. It is now December 16. Our last contact was on November 23rd. While we understand the right color match product was not available at the time, we are extremely disappointed the problem has not been resolved."

Your not getting a flashy decaled truck, embroidered Carhartt jacket or a fancy hat. His pricing reflects his lower overhead. The rain is about to return. So time will tell if it's a fix, but I'm confident that Top Gear will make things right if it's not. Steve guaranteed his work for 5 years. With his kind of honesty, he should still be around.
