He advised me to call a roofing company as the damage was extensive, but said he'd replace the damaged ceiling panels and trim afterward. Meanwhile, he completed the garage. He took out the space heater my husband had installed (a fire hazard), insulated the heck out of the area, and repaired/replaced the drywall. I really appreciate his honest and thorough assessment of the roof and the great job he did on the garage ceiling. Very nice, very professional and efficient. Look forward to him finishing the deck trim."

The only reason we did not use Hassle Free Home Improvements is that we decided the scale (and price) of the project was more than we were ready for at the moment. We will make it a DIY project (by not moving the door, lighting, or switch) to save some money. "I signed the contract 10/23/19 with an expected pick up date by the end of the month. Heard on 10/30 that the transport had broken down and needed repairs. Talked to contact on 10/31 and reviewed alternative arrangements. Second transport option bailed out due to an emergency. Third option discussed. 11/05. I followed up and was told a driver was on the way. Pickup occurred 11/7 and delivery was 11/12. I paid extra for door to door service, but the transport could not navigate the residential streets, so pickup was in a mall parking lot. For the money paid, things could have gone more smoothly. Communication was okay, but given the starts and stops more wold have been better."

"The move occurred on perhaps the worst possible day of the year.  It rained the night before and was cloudy and 82 degrees by 8:30 AM, so the humidity was outrageous. Just as things were drying out a bit, new clouds rolled in, the sky opened up and it dumped for 30 minutes...followed by more sun and even worse humidity. These guys did not complain (to me) and just  busted their humps all day to get the job done.  Move start was scheduled for between 9 and 10, they arrived at 9:30, right on time. <br /> They were extremely conscientious about wrapping every piece of furniture, moving exactly what I wanted.  Despite being absolutely beat and the end of the say, when I asked them to move a few heavy pieces around and reassemble some of the furniture they had taken apart, they obliged quickly and without complaint., very professional.  There were a few minor bumps, a dropped box here and a misplaced  (ie wrong location)one there, but they were hustling in the end to avoid more rain that started to come down, so it was understandable. I havent yet opened  every box but so far nothing is missing and nothing is broken. <br /> i called a couple of places and their price for a 4 man crew seemed very reasonable. We got our moneys worth.  I would recommend using them. <br /> <br />"

"Ash was very helpful and professional. He had good suggestions and was easy to work with. Our cats had completely destroyed the year-old carpeting that was installed before we moved in. Ash explained how different types of carpet are affected by scratching and which type to choose in order to minimize damage. The new carpet has withstood claws well. <br> <br>Installation went smoothly and results looked great. Matching quarter-round was included and even the smallest corners were covered. Installers moved large furniture as needed. The new laminate floors completely changed the look of the house for the better. The new carpet looks so much better and feels great to walk on in bare feet. <br> <br>Carpet installation was done on a separate date but was finished very quickly. They also left me some of the flooring materials which is great if the floor ever needs repairing. <br>"
