"Mr. Webb came out to do my estimate quickly after my initial request. I had some odd jobs around my house that I have been meaning to take care of. He charged me a flat, per day amount that I thought was very reasonable. I ordered the columns that needed to be replaced in front of my house and he told me that his crew would pick everything up from the store on the way over to do the work. <br /> It was the easiest process I have ever experienced with a service provider. He told me when they would be out, which was about 2 weeks from my initial contact ? very quick, in my opinion.  I also didn't even need to be home since everything was outside that needed to be repaired.  When I got home from work everything was complete and looked so good.  I was also provided all of the receipts for anything they had to go out and buy to finish the job, which I really appreciated.  The only not positive thing for me is that I wish I would have had an idea of how long each job would take.  When I got home early that day to check the progress, they were already finished.  There were a couple other minimal things I could have had them do (replace two lighting fixtures outside) if I would have known the time for completion on the other jobs would not take a full day, since I was paying a per-day rate.  However, as I?ve said, the rate was very reasonable, so I wasn?t too worried about it.  <br /> Overall, it was a very positive experience.  I already know that I will use them again for a later project and have recommended them to others.  <br /> <br /> <br />"

"Absolutely great!  They came early and worked until it got dark.  The job was greatly complicated by the botched job the previous painter did,  Previous painter put clear coat without cleaning the mold and dirt off the cedar boards plus didn't coat any section that wasn't easily visible from the ground, so that wood was very dry. <br /> Cleaned exterior and applied two coats of semi-transparent stain.  Everything was applied with brush, no spraying.  Stain was brushed on very carefully, no spills or spatters on the windows as the previous painter did. <br /> At least two workers every day for almost 3 weeks. <br /> Edgar is very particular, very meticulous, and his workers are trained that way.   <br /> They did a beautiful job and cleaned up everything before leaving. <br /> Edgar is a little pricier than other painters but he came highly recommended by a friend whose house he had just finished painting the interior.  His work there was beautiful and all done properly. <br />"

"they found more issues to address than the home inspector, broke down what needed to be watched, what was a concern and what might not be as concerning. super knowledgeable and stayed late to explain everything. even gave us 3 quotes breaking out different scenarios and did it in 1 day. awesome guys."

"Excellent job on first day with pressure washing and looks great. Arrived about 30 minutes late for first day of painting and were only able to work for 3 hours before the lift started giving them problems. Tried to work second day and lift totally failed. Rented another lift and were able to return to work after about 2 hours. On final day had 4 men instead of 2 and completed the job late in the day. Would blame delays on bad equipment from rental company and not provider. <br />"
