"Quoted me on replacing kitchen floor tile, install exhaust fan in the bath and repair ceiling, replace laminate flooring in hallway and the wall behind the washer and dryer. Start to finish is Tuesday-Saturday. Long story short, they show up Tuesday morning, do nothing and run to Home Depot, come back later to drop off a few materials. Wednesday they claim the rain stopped them from working. They didn?t start ANYTHING until Thursday afternoon when they sent a guy to do the tile work and it was EMBARRASSING! Friday morning they show to demo the bad tile and remove old laminate flooring then run to Home Depot for the 10th time this week. A guy shows up to demo the bath ceiling around 1pm. The house is a reck and nothing is complete. Jefri returns at 2 to cut new tile. It?s 5pm now and he has to make another run to HD. I asked them to finish what they can and come back tomorrow bc my tenants children are home now and it?s late. He gets upset and quits! See photos "

"Received a quote from a salesman at APS. Once we signed the contract and scheduled a day for the work to be done, we were "ghosted" by the salesman. I had emailed with questions about the job and no one emailed me back. After a week or two I contacted the company (APS) and was told the salesman had not shown back up for work, but no one at APS had bothered to let me know what was going on. I was told that if we wanted to cancel our contract, we would receive a refund. After many weeks, we received a check for only 1/2 of our deposit. I couldn't believe that under circumstances, beyond our control, APS would not try to make it right and issue a full refund for our deposit. I will be sure to tell everyone I know about the horrible service I received from APS."

"Mr. Sanford and his team were very courteous and professional. They replaced over 15 windows in our house with energy efficient windows that have an excellent warranty. They repaired some wood rot under one of the old windows before installing the new window without hesitation and removed all debris upon completion."

"In May 2018 Nolin Fencing installed a 4-strand slick wire fence on my property, which was very expensive. I was out of town during the install. After about two months, I noticed that the wire was on the wrong side of the T-Posts (the outside). This fencing was for livestock. I contacted Mr. Nolin and informed him that the wire was on the wrong side and it started to break at the brackets all the way around the fence. He stated that he has always done a fence that way and suggested that I put some barbed wire in the middle. He came out in December 2018 and told me he would get back to me when he could come and fix the fencing and install the barbed wire. I have contacted his company SEVERAL times without any call back. My husband finally gets a hold of him in April 2020 and says he is booked out until July 2020 and he could do it then. I understand that we are dealing with a pandemic, and there are adjustments that must be made. But that does not explain why my phone calls are not being returned for the last two years! I then see him in person at the end of August 2020 and ask why he hasn’t contacted us back. He then states without an answer why, that he is booked through December 2020 and to contact the office. Well, we have called and emailed the office twice since August 25, 2020 and haven’t heard a word. So, I do not recommend that you use NOLIN FENCING because their work is not done correctly, and they WILL NOT FIX IT. And charge you an arm and a leg."
