Not only was the dispatcher helpful and cherry, she answered every on of my questions, multiple times, and when she could not she handed me off to one of the managers/owners who were equally helpful. During the move they carefully wrapped some glass inserts for a couple of end tables. 3 days latter as I started to organize my condo I found that the inserts were missing. I called the company, talked to the dispatcher and 2 days latter the inserts were sitting at my door when I came home.
