"The individual was prompt and pleasant to work with. However, he was not able to adequately address the situation. What I asked him to do was see about repairing an. old electric sauna stove. He was unable to find parts, and to be fair. these might not be available. He was able to get the stove to work, but then as soon as he left, if didn't work again.. Since he may have been dealing with an impossible task, I can't rate him poorly for this. I would consider working with him again on some other electrical problem."

"Jed was great. Was a small job, but he had it done in about an hour. I was very pleased. Very grateful for his response time. Would definitely use him again."

"Powerworks has done two projects for me and both experiences have been without confusion or concern. First was a third panel and meter installation. The second a replacement and upgrade of too small and old breaker panels. Both were done efficiently, professionally and at a practical cost. I am presently scheduling a third project with them and feel anyone dealing with powerworks will be pleased with the experience."

"I found him hard to work with (e.g. doesn't listen, pushy about doing it his way.) I was really hesitant after the estimate but he just kept pushing about it and I didn't have any other options - but I was sorry afterwards. I don't really like it, the quality doesn't seem great - but most important, it's not level. Drives me crazy and looks bad - just three panels and it's not level! Makes me nuts looking at it - feels like I threw my money away."

"We hired Tom to install our Starlink. He was very knowledgeable, patient with my questions ð , and very thorough. Our home is rather spread out and he made sure all of our TVs and areas were connected and working. He even made sure to clean up the little messes from drilling holes. I recommend."
