He was unable to find parts, and to be fair. these might not be available. He was able to get the stove to work, but then as soon as he left, if didn't work again.. Since he may have been dealing with an impossible task, I can't rate him poorly for this. I would consider working with him again on some other electrical problem."

"It's true: working with Hal is not like working with other contractors. With Hal, you are developing a relationship, not fulfilling the terms of a contract.
