"<p>When I turned on the breaker for the water heater, the Main Circuit Panel started arcing. At that point, turning the water heater back off off did not resolve the problem, still arcing, so I had to cut the main breaker to the house. I called A-Team, who have done good work for me before, and they interrupted their planned evening out, came over promptly, identified and corrected the problem within 1/2 hour. "I contacted Rollin and a few other companies to come out and do a major <br /> landscape/hardscape installation on my property.  Rollin and one other <br /> came out and did a walk through and talked to me about what I wanted and <br /> what they had in mind.  Rollin did a very thorough walk through, took <br /> measurements and took plenty of time to ask me what I wanted and didn't <br /> want.  A few weeks later, Rollin emailed me his very detailed and <br /> thorough Computer Aided Drawing (CAD) workup of my house, and property <br /> and the landscaping to be done.  The plans were to scale, had grid-lines <br /> and each plant had it's own shape and color to best illustrate how the <br /> final project would look.  We walked around the property w/ the plans <br /> and discussed things, and made changes.  I was blown away w/ what he <br /> came up with.  We decided to contract Rollin to perform the work and his <br /> crew came out over the course of about 10 days, (about 4 days worth of <br /> work total) to do the project.  They removed existing plants, brought in <br /> soil, created beds, edged beds, planted the plants, mulched the beds <br /> and installed 2 cobblestone type patios which are my favorite things out <br /> of everything that was done.  They brought in new SOD and laid it where <br /> it needed to go, moved and added irrigation heads and lines and even <br /> though a few got nicked and broken during the process, the guys quickly <br /> and properly repaired them, without any hassle or extra charge.  I am <br /> very happy with the work that Rollin and his crew did.  The minor issues <br /> I have had post installation have been resolved, or a fair plan to <br /> resolve them has been agreed upon.  My project was installed at the end <br /> of fall, so most of the plants did go dormant shortly after the <br /> install.  He has stayed in contact w/ me and we will take a look at <br /> things come spring time see if any other adjustments need to be made, <br /> but I expect everything will look great!  I have had many of my <br /> neighbors comment on how wonderful the property looks now and have even <br /> contacted Rollin to do work on their property!  <br />"
