"The DeVries company did an excellent job. My yard is an extension of my home. DeVries company did an excellent job in their maintenance of that perspective and my property. I can't think of one gripe to write about. Devries maintained my landscape, mowed every week, edged every other week, weeded the beds, fertilized and took care of plowing and even shoveled my front walk and porch in the winter, because I couldn't do it. They kept the front door clear in case, just in case if I needed to get out of the house. Sure I paid for their services, but how many companies go above and beyond? Well DeVries did. "Ordered 3 yards of top soil and 1 yard of garden compost (for raised bed gardens). The compost was placed in the truck so that it remained on top of the pile once the whole order was dumped, per my instructions. Driver took great care to make sure soil didn't get on lawn. As everyone knows it's much easier shoveling soil on concrete than it is trying to work it out of the grass. Delivery was on time and quality was very good. My gardens were extremely productive. I would highly recommend their garden compost. <br />"

"My experience overall has went very well. We have used them for many years. The longer we used them the higher their prices went up. They are a great company and provide excellent work, however. The staff is highly knowledgeable and hard working."

"They are taking care of an unoccupied home that we own and I'm never out there. They have probably made one or two visits. We haven't had a lot of snow so far this season. We had snow a couple of weeks ago and they came out a couple of times. They haven't needed to come out again since then. I have only used them for half of a season, and it's been a light snow, so I can't even tell how good they are doing. I'll have to wait till spring to see how much damage they have done. It's a one man operation with one or two drivers, that's my impression. They do what they're supposed to do, it's a difficult job usually done in darkness, and it's hard to avoid ripping up some lawn. We have a big driveway. They do what they say they are going to do and they charge a fair price. They aren't cheap and they're not terribly expensive. I asked him to bid on the job, he came right out, and gave us a quote. The first snow they were out there, I haven't seen much of them because, I'm not occupying the home where they are working. I'm not there when they are there but, they came out with the first snowfall."

"First off their estimate was under one local well known co. but the same as another well known co. The work took longer due to weather and my yard is a little worse than I expected. We were in a hurry tho so I accepted the risk to the yard. Loved that they were non smokers and didn't toss butts in my yard like the last crew!"
