"It went very well. I tried "the other guy" but he never followed through like he said he would. I called Ugly Shingles and they were very responsive and did exactly what they said when they said. The guys were friendly and clean cut. Price seemed high, but I did not compare prices with any other roof cleaner. The only thing they didn't do was to call when they were on their way, which I had requested. But I did not have to be home when the roof was cleaned. Roof looks great, too. They cleaned the front half of the roof and I have a small ranch style home."

The storms are difficult to operate and can easily be damaged if care is not taken. (Some had been by a previous company). He took extreme care and I have never seen them look so brilliant. "The plumber that Affordable Plumbing sent out on the call was not one of their plumbers - he actually worked for a different company.  He was excellent, honest, and professional and I was extremely impressed.  I would happily contract with this plumber again - but through his other company as I thought Affordable Plumbing's prices were high.  It turned out that my drain problem was a really simple fix that took less than 15 minutes, but the rate for any call outside of working hours with this company is $300.  <br />"
