"RPI said they used their own crews but they had sub contracted a crew to install my roof (All Roofing companies do this). After the old roof was removed and it was dried in, they came back the next day and were installing shingles in the rain on a wet roof. I had to ask them to stop and come back the next day when it was not raining. The GAF Cobra2 Ridge vents were installed incorrectly, Only one side of the ridge was cutout on all the ridges. I had to ask them to do them over. One of the ridges was overcut + 3 inches on each side where the vent was not even supported properly. That was the main roof. I had to get another manager involved, convince them it was not installed correctly, then took over a month to get them back with a crew and the proper materials to correct the problem. They used top quality materials and the end result turned out great after the ridge vent issue was corrected so I'm giving a B rating."

He was very informative concerning my change over from a shingles roof to a metal roof. Greg explained the step by step installation process and the warranty that was included. "once again Ragsdale Roofing out did themselves, I called on a Monday for a quote, Beau Ragsdale came the following day, gave me a price and said he would put me on his schedule. Friday of the same week his crew came, had to replace 17 boards on my workshop, also 4 2x8,s and the entire job was completed and cleaned up by 4:30 in the afternoon. This was the second time I used this company, and would highly recommend them ."

"With our next-door neighbor’s roofing project well into its second week, the fact that BB Roofing completed our roofing project in two days reinforces our decision to employ them. The following is the quality provided by BB Roofing giving them our highest recommendation as the go-to roofing contractor: Bill Ball allowed us to delay the project as our 2-year old granddaughter would be visiting the scheduled week of the project and needed naps; Bill delayed the project one more week so that he was available to insure the project was done correctly; Bill estimated a three-day project, which was done in two days; the quality of materials used were rated the highest (Certainteed singles with ice and water shield underlayment in ridges, which were the source of our various leaks); and the grounds were cleaned well during and after completion (less than 10 pieces of debris found by us after they left). The only negative was that their vehicles leaked oil on our driveway, which Bill offered to clean-up. However, I have a process that works on oil spots, so declined his offer. If oil leaks are a concern, ask them to park in the street. The cost of the project matched the average pricing I found on the Internet, which I used to perform a reasonableness check of his quote. The final cost was the quoted price."
