"they didnt show up on time, they were more than 1 1/2 hr late, and my rugs were soaked for 2 days. Once my hallway rug finally dried, it still had the pet odor. all the other ugs looked great, although they werent in bad shape as it was. If I were to do it again I would have stuck with my original plan to have the carpets "dry cleaned", instead of "steam cleaned""
