He explained the cleaning process and procedure to clean out the dryer vent, which was overdue. Matt used shoe covers when he entered our home and was extremely polite and professional. I asked if he can inspect our duct system which hasn't been cleaned in several years. He showed me the interior of the duct and said it did not need immediate cleaning at this time.
