"After agreeing on a time to meet, arrived on time to look at yard that needed clean up. Was supposed to get an estimate back quickly but it turned into a several day wait. Had to call to remind we were still waiting. Once back on track, the maintenance person came to rake up the yard and did a good job with my rake. His was a skinny metal tined rake that was pulling up the grass so I supplied a bigger, wider plastic rake so he could get the job done quicker. I have scheduled to have them back to do the lawn mowing so I'm happy with there work."

He completed part of the job earlier than expected so the storms wouldn't take my fence completely out. He returned within two days (due to more storms) to complete the job.
