Not the case with Michael who made sure to give me a call or txt anytime. He worked with the local supplier to order a custom Andersen window and in the meantime, stopped by multiple times to provide advice and estimates. On the day of the job, everything was completed in a timely manner and they made sure to clean things up after. They replaced a large window without any mess, installed a storm door, and patched up leak damage. They also got on a high ladder three stories high to caulk the exterior for our townhouse.
