"I couldn’t be more pleased with the TPO flat roof installation completed by ARHT Solutions! I got my shingles replaced by a different company, but the company didn't do work on the rolling roof. As a result, I ended up getting some leaks and hire a different company to address the problem. I got estimates from a few other companies, but decided to go with ARHT because of their track record and fair price for the job. From start to finish, the ARHT team was professional, organized, and efficient. We were able to get get the estimate, draw up a contract and get financed in about two hours. After a brief wait for the weather to warm up a bit, I was able to get the new TPO flat roof system and gutters installed in just about two weeks. I really like that ARHT doesn't outsource their labor - the roofer who completed the job, Juan, was directly trained and employed by ARHT. Juan arrived on time, worked diligently, and impressively completed the job in just one day. He kept me informed throughout the process, ensuring I understood the progress and timeline. Not only did he do excellent work, but he also left the site spotless before leaving. I made sure to wait for a few rainy days to come and go before submitting this review, because how silly would I look if I gave a 5-star review for a new roof and still suffered from leaks? :) If you’re looking for a reliable and skilled roofing company, I highly recommend ARHT Solutions!"

"This is not a normal review, since Basement Masters didn't actually work on our house. We called them because of moisture in our basement walls. They came out, and determined that the problems were of a different nature than what they do and required the services of a carpenter to fix a faulty deck. They very easily could have sold us on a bunch of work that wouldn't have solved the issue, but instead gave us an honest assessment. They are honest, ethical, and won't take advantage of you. That was truly refreshing, and shows the kind of people they are. Call them!"

"My wife and I are incredibly satisfied with our renovated home. From the design work done by Dave at NRG to very efficiently use our limited space, to the on-schedule completion of the work to facilitate our tight move-out/move-in schedule, to the outstanding punch list finishing work the NRG team did to make the minor repairs involved in every home project, to NRG's doggedness and determination to make sure we are satisfied all the way to the finish line--we really couldn't ask for a better home renovation experience. Even after unexpected but essential change orders like a new roof and sistered first floor joists, and the inclusion of the unanticipated desires like the purchase and installation of the basement Murphy bed, NRG's original price estimate was within a couple percent of the final total, which really says something about the effort and quality Dave and the NRG team put into their work, their professionalism, and their determination to get it right. "We would not hire this company again. We hired them to inspect our fireplace. They gave us a quote of what was needed in order to use our fireplace safely. Everything in the fireplace was visible during their initial inspection. Before the work was done, I asked if we could use the fireplace safely once the work was complete. They confirmed that we could. After they did repairs, they said more work was needed to make the fireplace safe. The work they mentioned was all visible at the initial inspection. Essentially they sent us a low quote for part of the work in order to force us to pay for more work to use the fireplace. We’ve asked them to complete the work to make the fireplace safe as that is what we were told we would get with the initial quote, but they refuse. We’re out of a deposit now and still can’t use the fireplace. Be aware of a low quote with additional work required after. We don’t know a lot about fireplaces so we usually trust the information a company gives us, so do a lot of a research with what they send you."
