"The absolute worst. I have moved states three times and this is by far the worst company I have ever used. They keep coming up either additional charges and fees. Told me my delivery date had to be a 2-30 day window from my FADD date which is the earliest possible date it can be delivered. So I have to rent an apartment and live there with no furniture for up to 30 days? When I asked what is the heads up on delivery ?No set time, it processes as standard. In order to reserve a specific day it could be anywhere from $1000-1500?. So for 30 days I have to sit in my apartment and just wait for my things to be delivered. Absolutely ridiculous. "

"Not well. Refrigerator was moved but in a way that the compressor is now broken. Cost $400 to move and they compensated me $210 for the now broken refrigerator since that was the "extent of their liability". They did not refund the move expense after multiple requests. So i essentially paid $200 for them to come to my house a break my refrigerator. Unless you think $0.60/lb is reasonable compensation for damage to your belongings, use someone with better customer service and insurance."
