Trim areas are corked and clean. We worked with Craig Merrils on securing a quote and scheduling the work. He was wonderful to work with, came in fairly priced, and was super responsive to all our needs. Josue supervised the work onsite. The staff was highly skilled and hard working. They are committed to quality and definitely the best out there in terms of detailed, lasting work. They also use high-grade, low-toxin paint, which was important to us. "Despite much back and forth with my HOA over the span of two months, Worgens Painting remaining patient, flexible, and responsive with providing updated quotes. I’ll add that I had four other companies quote labor/materials for staining the deck and fence, along with replacing warped or damaged boards. Worgens quote was fair and reasonable in comparison to the other estimates I received. Worgens painters did an excellent job with the repairs, even patching up areas that were not discussed during the labor estimation process. Additionally, the painters had great attention to detail, applying two layers of high quality stain to the deck and fence. I’m very impressed with the results, and have received compliments from my neighbors as well. I only have one minor complaint that prevents a five star rating. The quote promises that anything removed from the deck will be put back in its original place. This did not happen, and several debris such as residual wood, screws, and old hardware were left scattered throughout the yard. A little more effort to clean up the area upon conclusion of the project would have been appreciated. Again, very minor complaint that does not diminish the quality of their craftsmanship. Overall, I highly recommend Wogens and would hire them again without hesitation."

The outside of my house looks great - both the repair job and painting were well done.  The tape joints are finally fixed and look great (you can't see them) - they removed the paper tape, re-taped and plastered.  They were on time, friendly and professional.  They took proper care of my floor and furnishings, using drop cloths.  This is the second time I've used Manuel and Sons.  The first time they painted my stairwell and master bedroom which has a vaulted ceiling.  I will certainly be using them for any future painting jobs. <br />"
