"My pressure treated deck needed replacement. I got 3 bids which I was considering but was told by a friend to check out Remodel or Renew. Mike Christopher, the Owner, came and asked me what was the main thing I was concerned about. I told him that I was looking for quality workmanship with top of the line Trex composite wood that wouldnâ  t require a lot of maintenance. He sat down with his IPad and designed exactly what I wanted. The design he made was like an actual picture of the finished product and the price was great which included the removal and disposal of the former deck. This is the first time Iâ  ve EVER reviewed a business that has done work on our home. They deserve it! First, their builders worked long hours and I observed them as they made sure every step was done with precise measurements and the finished product showed just what I observed. Unbelievably sturdy, they didnâ  t cut corners to save time and it was absolutely beautiful. Also what I consider a huge factor is the Warranties on the work and material. A 25 year Warranty that covers scratching and fading of the Trex flooring and railings. UNBELIEVABLE! Lastly, they left the work area cleaner than before they started and Mike the Owner answered my calls or texts every time I had a question either immediately or responded within 15 minutes. All I can say about Remodel or Renew is if you give them a chance to bid on your project you will be happy and even happier if you hire them and see for yourself what I have just told you! "They did an excellent job and they were extremely professional and communicative. They couldnâ t come as scheduled because of a snow storm and communicated about it quickly and efficiently and came the first day after when the roads were clear instead of rescheduling for a later date. The floors they refinished look great and they took care and attention to detail to match two patches in an old hard wood floor that had to be replaced because we took a wall down with the existing floor which had a naturally uneven color pattern. Would highly recommend and I am planning on hiring them again for one more floor."

"Sovereign Painting patched, filled, plastered and painted two rooms plus hallways, entranceways, and foyer in my home. The rooms were very difficult and had not ben painted in 30 years. They included a high cathedral ceiling and walls that needed plastering and baseboard heating. They exceeded my expectations in every way and especially the quality of their work and their attention for small detail. They plastered holes, covered cracks with tape and used the latest technology for water stains. They followed best practices and did not cut corners. They delivered two needed coats while others only quoted one. They fixed, patched and painted railing that I did not think could be saved. They were extremely professional. I was so impressed that I asked then to return and paint the rest of the house. These are the real pro's and were very competitively priced. I would recommend them without reservation and hire them again in a second. If quality at a competitive price is important, this is who you want to use."
