After two other companies came out to bid on the job, Edgar came and assessed the situation more completely and clearly -- and gave me a reasonable bid. Of course this is a business, but while I felt the other two companies were focused more on the cost of everything, Edgar was focused on the trees and the safety of my roof. His crew cut a large branch from my precious live oak and trimmed the over-heavy branches, took down multiple large limbs (on my side of the fence) from a neighbor's giant hackberry that was looming over my roof, and removed a couple of smaller trees that also posed a threat to the roof. The crew was fast, professional, efficient and cleanup was impeccable. Even the scheduler was pleasant and got me on the schedule quickly."
