"After receiving quotes from two other reputable landscaping companies, we decided to go with Blue Ribbon for two reasons: they had the BEST quality "turf" (similar pricing) and they were the only bid that suggested recycling our beautiful red brick (instead of buying expensive artistic pavers or flagstone) and re-design the pattern to a gorgeous Herringbone 45 degree angle AND seal the red brick giving it a fabulous glossy look. I have to tell you, I was nervous after I signed the contract, wrote a check and read a few negative reviews on Google sites but our experience was FANTASTIC!  <br /> Phil quoted us 4-6 weeks since they are in busy season and they came on week 6 (we were in no rush, it is 105 degrees outside!). The job took them a mere 3 days and it came out waaaaay BETTER than I expected/ envisioned! Truly- blown away with the quality of work and craftsmanship from his team! Not to mention, they were all extremely professional and wonderful to work with. Very courteous and polite! <br /> Like any major project, I would highly recommend being home for the initial start and reviewing the contract and a diagram of your expectations with the crew supervisor... our brick was almost re-laid out in the same pattern! They were totally cool about it and made sure it was done exactly as planned. <br /> About a month after the project was completed, we had extreme rainfall in Tucson and noticed a divot in the turf. Phil's team came over the very next day, pulled the turf back, filled the hole and good as new. NOW THAT IS SERVICE! <br /> 5 stars because they were awesome all the way- from Phil in Sales to the Crew who made our yard the envy of the neighborhood. "Pretty good. Took a couple of time to get it right. Overall the floor looks good but a bit uneven. Make sure you talk about getting four coats of clear. It does not look good with only two."

"They did two jobs for me.  The first was to pour a foundation for my barn.  This required a precise layout of the foundation since the barn was prefabricated at the factory.  Ocotillo did an excellent job.  It has been over a year and the foundation is doing great.  They also did some additional work preparing the stalls on a time and materials basis.  They were a pleasure to work with.  Nine months later I had them pour my patio extension.  Another great job that still looks good a year later. <br />"

"Pete (the owner) is extremely likeable, knowledgeable, and very, very customer focused.  He was extremely responsive through out the process, from the initial estimating process, through paver selection, ultimate installation, and acid washing to bring out the stones natural colors.  His crew was equally great to work with.  The quality of the installation is wonderful.  Both my wife and I are extremely pleased.  The work not only makes the appearance of the front much better, but in my opinion, would be a major selling point for the house if/when we decide to sell.  I would recommend Imagine Concrete without reservation.  Also, Pete was recommended to me by a major architectural firm that also does work in the Phoenix area.  His company works with them from time to time on major projects, and is considered one of the best in the area. <br />"
