"Needed a new roof coating treatment. They were quite expensive and had a backlog of two months, but went ahead with them anyways since had a good reference. They did the work, but they were sloppy. Got lots of tiny white dots on chairs and tables that didn't come out when I had to wash them (since they did not clean up mess). Also had these tiny white on some corners of solar panels, which again they did not clean up and I had to wks later when I finally noticed how sloppy of a job they did."

"After interviewing 5 residential roofers, I chose W & D Roofing & Contracting. It is a small, established Tucson family business who are licensed, bonded, insured, experienced, professional. Their roofing team is too. This was for replacing a 30+ year old flat roof. They tore off my old rotted roof, replaced the plywood base, increased the size of the scuppers to take rain off the roof quickly, gave it a slight pitch, added upper heat pump level drainage. They cleaned up and left my yard in pristine condition. My flat roof had been leaking before I moved into my house in 2019. This is my first house, so I was inexperienced in this whole process. And, they were the cheapest bid. No one had been able to fix it by patching, or sealing it. I had a tight timeline in mind of 2-1/2 weeks, and they fit me into their schedule. And, just in time. I have already had 5 rains on my new roof, and it is holding tight. No leaks/no worries. I highly recommend W & D!"

"GreenGo is a great company! The roofing project happened as planned. All my questions were answered (even when I asked the same ones twice) and this company is very professional. The guys he had working on the roof were extremely polite and professional, and they cleaned up before they left for the day. Many before and after pictures were taken of the roof to show the problems and how they were fixed. I especially like the drone pics that were taken at the end of the project. I highly recommend this company for roof repairs."

"I cannot say enough good things about this company! First, we had them out to do some pre-inspection roof repairs on our home before we listed it for sale (so we wouldn't have any surprises later). I had called 4 roofers, and only RoofSavers came out on time, bid the work I requested, and sent a proposal within one day. After hiring them, they showed up on time and completed the work as promised. The next month, when it rained 4 days straight, we had a first-time-ever leak in our attic (which we attributed to having 4 roofing companies moving tiles and messing around up there a month before), and RoofSavers came out as a courtesy to do the simple fix. (It was not even an area they had worked on.) Problem solved! When our buyers had their own roof inspector out 2 months later and he listed general areas that he felt needed to be repaired--almost like he was trying to find SOMETHING to put in his report--RoofSavers stood by their initial inspection and the work they performed and prevented us from having anymore out-of-pocket expense. This company was polite on the phone, bent over backwards to help us in every situation, and had a good work ethic."

"Showed up a day early for an already prompt repair! Removed & repaired a section of rotten flat roof that had been leaking for years before we purchased the home. Transition from tile roof to flat porch roof was origionally installed improrerly. Charged $1,000 for additional preventative work which seemed excessive but was well done. Was not the cause of the original leak. Excellent crew. I'd definately hire them again."

"After a recent storm caused damage to our homes flat roof, we reached out to Southwest Roofing and Design for help. From start to finish they were prompt, professional and incredibly thorough. Their team quickly assessed the storm damage and clearly explained the repair process. They took care of everything, patching up the damaged areas and applying a protective roof coating to help extend the life of the roof and guard against future issues. Thanks to their quality workmanship, our roof is now solid and sealed and we feel fully prepared for the upcoming monsoon season. It's a huge relief knowing our home is protected. If you're dealing with storm damage or just want to get your flat roof ready for harsh weather, I recommend Southwest Roofing and Design. They really know their stuff and care about doing the job right."

"Modern Desert Roofing took care of our shingle roof and demonstrated professionalism. The value for the work performed was high quality. We will definitely recommend MDR."

"Excellent. David and his crew, Nick and Lorenzo, were extremely professional, courteous, and prompt. David explained to me each detail of the repairs. They always cleaned up before leaving. I would definitely hire them again. If you are looking for roof repairs, recoating, or replacement, I highly recommend you contact the professionals at West Coast Roofing. The physical work went very well. West Coast Roofing announces on their website a 10% discount for new customers. This is allegedly included in the estimate but only as a kind of footnote at the very end of the estimate. The customer does not see exactly how the discount in included in the calculation of the estimate. Be aware."

"I recently purchased an existing home having an inspection report that noted roofing tiles that were cracked, damaged, and dislodged; with recommendation for further evaluation by a licensed roofing contractor. Based on highly-rated client reviews, I scheduled an appointment with Rite Roofing Co. Inc. to do this evaluation. The owner of the company; Ricardo Lopez, showed up to do the inspection himself. How rare is that! After carefully inspecting my entire roof, Ricardo told me he had very bad news. Immediately expecting the worst and imagining a very expensive repair ahead of me, I was immediately relieved to hear Ricardo laugh and say it was very bad news for him! He told me the existing tile issues were all cosmetic at this time, that the underlayment, sheathing, and flashing were all in good condition, that I need not worry about any leaks when it rains, and that he would not be making any money off of me this time around; telling me to recontact him in approximately 3 more years for an updated evaluation. He also showed me photos he took during the inspection to visually illustrate everything he detailed to me in explanation. Many roofing contractors would have taken my money for a roof repair that wasn't necessary and walked away feeling happy with themselves about doing so. Ricardo, on the contrary, told me he couldn't live with himself if he sold me a roof repair I didn't need. And again, how rare is that! So if like me, you find yourself in need of a roofing contractor with both expertise and integrity, I highly recommend Ricardo Lopez's Rite Roofing Co. Inc."
