"On a Tuesday night during a large wind and rain storm, my roof over my mud room began leaking rain water through our light fixture and into the ceiling in our kitchen. We had around 16-18 buckets of water that night. I knew damage had occurred, and although I dont typically place a claim with my insurance company, I knew this was obviously a time that I needed too. I signed a basic agreement allowing work to be completed by Skyline Construction Group, that the insurance would cover, whether repairs or complete roof replacement. My claims agent arrived and began surveying the damage. It did not take long and Zack alerted me while the claims rep. was still reviewing my roof that, my whole roof would be covered, except that Id have to pay a deductible on my insurance and any smaller costs that were not covered under my plan/insurance. I felt that was quite fair. What Iâ ve learned after working with Zack and Skyline Construction Group , is that .. They tell you the facts. They know what they are talking about because they have the experience to back it up. They follow through with what they say. They also handle much of the paperwork involved with the insurance process which is an added benefit of working with them. My experience has been nothing but positive.
