Top quality service! On time and will answer any questions and explain it all in great detail? very polite and professional. And yes, they will take photos throughout if you want to see exactly the differences of before and after. I had bought a 1959 home which had never been cleaned. See my before/after photos. Before, I kept having to wipe off my counter tops a few times a day because they always felt gritty. After the duct cleaning, they stay clean now - A HUGE DIFFERENCE! The guys were awesome and went above and beyond by also helping me carry a heavy appliance from upstairs to my basement. Very nice guys! We originally had another company come out because the pilot light wouldn't light during the inspection. So they came out and cleaned it, said they couldn't get the pilot light lit, told us it was in terrible shape and needed to be replaced and that it would cost approx. $9,000. So we got a second opinion from Nathan and I'm so glad we did! He came out and took one look at it and said he would have the pilot light lit in 30 seconds, which he did! He examined the fireplace, took everything out and said it was actually in perfect condition and didn't need anything. He was a lifesaver!"
