"Magdelano and his crew were some of the most professional installers I have ever hired. He was there everyday to supervise the work being preformed. Taking off an old roof and installing a new one is a messy business. Valley Oaks Roofing & Repairs did an incredible job cleaning up each and every day. Not a nail or staple to be found on the ground. Value-wise I think Magdelano and his crew do a great job at a very reasonable price point. The estimate was right on. The team showed up bright and early and completed the job in one day. I was impressed. They cleaned up afterwards and even used a big magnet to find hard to see nails that dropped on the ground around the building. My garage roof looks great. It doesn't leak. I'm happy."

After inspecting the roof and chimney flashing Tony told me my roof was actually very well done and in good shape, and that in his opinion the source for water leaking into my home was due to a rusted out chimney case cover and termination cap (I got those items replaced as suggested and my problem was solved). I had actually called two companies to get an analysis and quotes to fix the problem. The other company told that my relatively new roof should be ripped up and replaced in that area of the roof.
