"Fantastic work! Initial exterior painting in 2011 was done flawlessly and still looks good except that the front of my home acquired some water damage due to improperly installed gutter. Mr. Lee was very helpful in identifying the problem. He also gave some excellent suggestions regarding water stains and pooling on my property. After getting the water problems fixed, I went ahead and had House Painting repaint the front of my house, and touch up some interior areas. The crew was fantastic for both jobs. There was a very professional foreman, Johnny, who was there every day. He went over the plans and the progress each day. For both exterior and interior, the crew was meticulous in protecting surrounding areas from dust or paint and for the clean up. These are professionals who take their time to prep surfaces properly and let them dry before painting. Could not be more pleased in all aspects of their work and will certainly call upon this company for any painting in the future."

"I was very pleased. John came out and gave us an estimate. The price was right on target for a job of this kind. John told us he would be able to paint the rooms within the next couple of weeks and kept in touch with us to let us know how his schedule was going in terms of when he would be able to schedule us in. We locked in a date about five days or so ahead of time, which gave us plenty of time to remove pictures, etc., to prepare for painting. John's associate Tony sent out Dan and Phil to paint the rooms. I was very impressed with the care they took in moving furniture out of the way and covering it up during the painting process. We had the ceiling painted also, so they actually dismantled the ceiling fans in each room (and later put them back together!) in order to protect everything. Great attention to detail! Great cleanup job! And most importantly, my rooms look great! I will definitely be calling on CertaPro Northridge for future paint jobs."

"I love this family business. The sons and dad are in business together and they have been doing it for a long time. I have been looking for a painter for a long time and I got a quote last year from another painting company. I didn’t move on my decision until my friend highly recommended John and James White. The father came and gave me a quote that was cheaper than the company that I got a quote from last year. Knowing that it will save money, my friend trusted their work, and also my husband got a bonus from his job helps me to decide to hire John and James White. James and his nephew came to my house on Friday June 9, 2023 to pressure wash the exterior walls and to clean off the dirt and things on walls. I asked James and his nephew to spray off a few extra spots at the house and they were willing to go above and beyond their job duty. On the Tuesday that they scheduled the painting, the painting team came early and started the work. They have teams that they send out to do the work. The team came every day from Tuesday to Friday early. They cleaned up afterward and I don’t have to worry about the clean up. I like the team they sent out. It was a father and his two sons. One of the son’s name was Cane. At first they color matched my house but then I found the paperwork from the builder and the HOA that shows my house color scheme. I immediately told them that morning but they already went and ordered the first color that matched the exterior. After many years of not painting the house, the color fades away so the color match is not always the exact color. It was really nice of them to abort the color match color and purchased new paints that goes with my original color scheme. If you live in an HOA neighborhood, you have to match the original house color if you don’t want to submit an architectural plan to get permission for the board of directors to change your color. I like how considerate they were to change the paint color for me at a loss for them. They got rid of several tubs of 5 gallons containers. I was home must of the time and was able to inspect the work and once in a while I would point out something that I thought needed to be done and the team did it to my satisfaction. My wood trim at the top of my house got termites so they had to replaced it. I appreciated that they told me so I can replace them. This was extra work and materials and I paid for them. I am glad to get it done so I don’t have to replace the wood in the future. When they were done, they were able to fulfill their work promise to me that we agreed for them to do. Every single agreement John and James White said they will do has been done. They even went above and beyond. For example, my door weather strip was old and needed to be done so I asked Cane if he would be willing to put it in for me if I got it from Home Depot. Cane did it. I would highly recommend John and James White. You won’t be disappointed. I am a happy customer."

"I highly recommend Berger's Painting! Anytime I have to hire someone to do work around my house, I'm always a little uncomfortable with the process, but working with Bob was great! He came out, gave me a very reasonable rate, and had his crew ready to go the next week. One of the best things about working with Bob is the great communications. When I called him, he answered the phone about 80% of the time, and when I left a message, he called me back within an hour or two. Great line of communication to know what's going on or if you have any questions. The crew that did the work was great, too! Showed up on time and were very professional. I had my 'popcorn ceilings' scrapped, some drywall that needed patching, painting that needed to be done 4 rooms, a hallway and staircase. Took about 6 days, taking longer because of the drywall patching, but looked amazing afterwords. After they crew was gone and I was moving back in, I found a few very minor things that needed touching up. I called Bob and the crew was out right away. They fixed all the issues and we're very friendly about coming back out. Overall I was very pleased with the experience and would recommend Berger's Painting to anyone needing painting done."

They cut out sections of dry rot from the eves and other areas, repaired the damage, caulked and painted. They also repaired the patio, replacing two badly rotted beams including the main patio support beam. The did not drip or splash paint on brick walkways or patio and cleaned up every day before leaving. I would hire them again for any home maintenance or addition project."
