"The movers were so pleasant, efficient. They had a great sense of humor and really made the experience so much better than the previous company that moved 90% of my furnishings. I definitely will recommend this company to my friends."

"Tony and crew did a great job, in rotten, cold, rainy weather! Even with the weather adding excitement to the day, they got our furniture moved, and kept in good humor during a long day. Thanks, guys!"

"The best I can say is that they wrapped my mattresses up. What I requested be moved two seater sofa, ottoman, 2 tvs 65in, 45 in, 1 king sized bed, 1 disassembled bunk bed (full/twin), table w 5 chairs, some boxes and totes, entertain center, book self, and wine cabinet. Canceled my original reservation, claimed to offer a discount due to schedule modification. What I got was 2 movers a 26 ft truck arriving 3 hrs behind schedule and over 7 hrs of utter headache and disappointment. Point A to move to point B less then 4 miles, nothing assembled, lost hardware, weed smokers, and just clear laziness. As a service member NEVER again."

FAQs for in-state moving service projects in Valley Park, MO

Laws differ from state to state, but the number one rule is that you cannot move a mobile home on your own. You have to hire a licensed mobile home moving company. While each state is different, you’ll also have to research HUD codes, permits, and other laws specific to the area to ensure your move follows all necessary regulations.

Yes, a permit is required to move a mobile home. You must secure permits in the state of origin and in every state through which the mobile home passes. When moving across state boundaries, obtain a permit for each state. Your moving company assists in acquiring all required permits, ensuring strict compliance with local regulations during the entire relocation process.

No, you cannot move a mobile home built before 1976. Mobile homes constructed before 1976 do not meet current safety standards and must not be relocated. The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development enforces strict guidelines that prevent moving older models.
