"Richards Roofing replaced our roof about 18 months ago, and did a good job. At some point, we began very occasionally hearing a rattling noise from up in the attic during windy periods. It was very rare, but it eventually seemed like it might be coming from the roof. I called Richards Roofing, and they came out the next morning. They did a thorough investigation (including going up on the roof with a blower) and thought it might be a gutter cover that was causing the noise. For now, we pulled the gutter cover to see if that fixes it. My main point is that 18 months after the job, they came straight out no questions asked to look into a reported problem. Based on that, I would definitely use again and recommend them to others."

"I had had a piece of roof facia edge tore away in a big storm in April. I had our roofing company come out to replace it and was assured it would hold. 8 weeks later the same piece tore away in a windstorm again. The roofing company said if they put it up again, it would be the same price and would be put up the same way. I called Triton Exteriors who agreed to to replace it for about the same price and so far it has held up through a couple of strong storms. The installer said the previous piece was not cut and secured properly. Thank you Triton for your excellent service."

"Our roof needed to be replaced following the May 2025 tornado in St Louis. The job in itself was not super complicated, but there were many moving parts including dealing with the insurance, handling solar panels, etc. These guys did an excellent job, and I would work with them again if I had to start all over. They were particularly good in handling the back and forth with the insurance, and the whole project was completed in a very reasonable time. Most houses in my neighborhood are still waiting for a new roof..."

"The boot around our plumbing stacks had been chewed through by squirrels and a leak into the house had developed. Joe used a drone to examine the roof as we looked on. He was able to get close to all 3 stacks so we could see the damage. What a mess. He quoted us a price similar to our other bids and we went with him to do the work.
