After I wired the money, I reviewed the charges and Class 4 upgrades were on the quote. When I contacted T Rock, they immediately admitted that I was overcharged. Since then, the company has ignored my phone calls and texts about getting my money back. Twice promising a check would arrive by a certain date when I was able to get them to respond but no check has arrived. From my count there have been three occasions that I’ve been lied to. I will be filing a police report if this is not resolved soon."

Was paid by me but never returned to finish the job. Said to me that he asked his "foreman" to get over to finish the job but that never happened.
