"Our existing laundry/bathroom was very small so I had Wayne and his crew expand the bathroom and relocate our laundry room. Once my wife picked out colors, vanity, fixtures and layout Peffer Const. began the demo and the job went pretty smooth. The COVID-19 virus caused some minor snags which weren't Wayne's fault. We ended up very close to budget which made me happy and the job looks great which makes my wife happy. I would recommend Wayne and his company to anyone wanting quality work and a fair price."

"<p>I asked what restrictions we had on the concrete after staining and he said just wait 48 hrs before placing the furniture back on the deck. My daughters dog, a  golden retriever came for a visit 3 days after staining . After running across the deck there were scratches from his nails. I called David and was very upset about this. He said he would come and look at it and fix any problems. He was also supposed to give me a final invoice paid in full with the 3 yr warranty attached. I told him I did not get the invoice which he said he emailed and said he would email again. I still have not gotten the invoice 3 wks later. He has not shown up to address the problems and will not return my phone calls or emails. He did the work got his money and now can't be found. I wish I had gone with the cheaper guy. I would not recommend this company at all. He seems like a nice country, downhome guy but will shoot you a line of BS to get your business and then does not stand behind his work. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!</p> <br />"
