Driving conditions were potentially dangerous, but Kent agreed to come and investigate our situation. He quickly identified the issue (a pipe exposed by the neighboring construction) and defrosted it. We had water back on within an hour of his arrival on a day when the other plumbing companies I called refused to come out due to poor driving conditions.
