"Bone Dry checked my roof for what I thought was a leak. They gave me an estimate of the suspicious areas but said they didn't think it was leaking. They told me it was probably just pant failure on my ceiling and to keep an eye on it for staining which would come from a leak. They could have done they repairs and charged me. I would have been none the wiser. I greatly appreciate their honesty and will call them again for my roof when it needs work."

"I had a full tear off and replacement of roof on my three-story, 107-year-old home. It was exhausting to me, so I can only imagine what a hard job it was for the workers. A team of about 10 men did the job in four days. It was estimated to take three days, but they discovered there were four layers of roofing up top, not the three layers they expected. Also it was mid-November so the available daylight was less than in another season. The team did a good job and cleaned up afterwards. My one recommendation for anyone having roofing done is to clear everything around the base of your house and on your porches. I didn't have a lot of warning about when they would start work so I hadn't rolled up my porch rug and it got very dirty. My cedar fence was also damaged by discarded shingles. The company told me at estimate that they would need to tear off the original cedar shakes roofing, but I didn't realize what that entailed. I ended up with a horrible mess in my attic closets. I contacted Kevin S. at Maxim. He was very apologetic and sent two men out to clean up the mess. It was a nasty job. I am very grateful Maxim listened to my complaint and made it right."

"Very impressed with responsiveness, professionalism, technology, and value provided by Gunner Roofing. The copper flashing was pulling away from around my chimney and looked like it was in need of repair or replacement. I had previously worked with another well reviewed roofing company on Angie's List that missed my scheduled appointment to examine my chimney flashing. So I was very pleased when Andrew from Gunner showed up exactly when promised, and I was quite fascinated with his use of a drone to take precise aerial photographs of the work to be performed from all angles - a rather tech savvy approach. Gunner provided a detailed estimate within hours, that was only 1/3 the cost of the estimate I ultimately received from that other roofer. Gunner Roofing completed the work on time, and did a very satisfactory job. This was a relatively modest project, but based on my experience, I hope to use Gunner Roofing when it comes time to redo my entire roof."

"I called 4 or 5 different roofing companies to come out and repair the small hole in our roof from a fallen tree limb after a wind storm. None of the other companies even gave me a call back! I called Frisby and they called me back within the hour asking for pictures so they could work on a quote. They had two guys come out that very afternoon ahead of the rain to complete the task. The guys were professional and kind, and took care to show me each step they were completing. I felt the price was very fair too compared to other companies. I would highly recommend this company!"

"ARCO was great -- they arrived early in the day with the whole team ready to work. We were under time pressure to complete the work in time for a home sale closing and they were able to fit us in, despite the great deal of work to be done. They were efficient and the price was great. They left the place looking spotless. Final work included putting heat shield selant in our existing WBFP along with tuck repointing and crown repair, installing two stainless liners from furnace and water heater through chimney for gas fireplace, along with tuck repointing and crown repair, and finally, removing the exposed chimney from a non-functional fireplace and reroofing."

"We interviewed multiple candidates for roofing but initially it was for repairs only. Other roofing companies ignored us for this reason, but Eagleye Roofing did not. Rather they used this as an opportunity to explain the gravity of the situation—we needed a new roof. From the onset they were professional, visiting us in a timely manner, gave follow up calls and even a business card. Even though they didn’t have the job initially, they came buy just to patch our roof. When inspecting our roof, they used a drone. Other companies just roughly eyeballed our roof without giving it a second thought. We had to do diligence with the best roofer for a good price and after a little over a week we picked Eagleye roofing. While not the cheapest, we felt like they didn’t cut corners to produce a fair price with a quality product and installation. During the job, one of the owners was almost always on sight. About the materials used—mostly all of them were made in America and the shingles were a high-quality GAF product. Our house was a big job, but we had a new roof in two days. Eagleye warranties their workmanship, and the Timberline shingles have a very good warranty on their own. Their installation was good, but their customer service was simply stellar. And, I appreciated that they cared for their workers—feeding and serving them well."
