He was very good about communicating on the jobs. He showed up when he said he would and would text if there was a delay. After the various jobs were completed, he followed up to make sure I was satisfied. I have referred him to friends who were also pleased- he installed a privacy fence for them."

He let me know to call if I had any issues and he would come back to fix them. So far it's all looking great. No leaks and the furnace doesn't vent into my garage anymore. I'm very happy with the work done."

Really, everything went fine except that all of out downspout drains are run underground to the street and they didnt initially block the downspout so as to not needlessly clog the drainage. I noticed this fact and gave them rags to put into the drain holes at the ends of the gutters.</p> When they were done they did a decent job of cleaning up. Didnt break anything in the process but the 1st time we had rain, it came gushing out over the gutters...surprise, they didnt take the rags out of the drain holes. Other than that everything went ok. <br />"
