"We had a problem with rats coming in through our old crawlspace screens that the rats had made holes in over the years. Mr. Kim was extremely responsive and came out to measure up only an hour or so after my initial call on Friday. I told him that I wanted a crawlspace cover that was rat proof and sturdy. He made a sketch of what it would look like; it looked a lot better than I imagined. He returned on Wednesday with his assistant to install it. It's made out of iron and is bolted to the concrete on our patio. It's like a lid and you just lift it up to access the crawlspace. It can also be locked. He primed and painted it and it looks great!
