"THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! We signed a contract with Yakov to design an ADU. He raved that his engineer was on his staff as an employee and that she previously worked for LA planning so she understood how to more efficiently complete plans to be done sooner. The mistakes and time in between for her to submit corrections were so long there was no reason for it. When we were given so many excuses I contacted the city myself to get a true timeline and found that the corrections were issued by city and they were very basic items that any engineer should not have even had an issue with and weeks and over 2 months would go by that she did not respond to the corrections. When we reached out to Yakov to get resolution he brushed us off and said we had to handle it with the engineer. He did not always respond to calls. I had to excessively call them both to get the work done. It was nearly two years of stress for the plans to finally be complete and approved with the city. Suffice to say we di"

"My bathroom was remodeled by Moriah. It is now much more modern and minimalistic than it was before. I have new flooring, sophisticated recessed lighting, LED lighted mirror and a brand-new floating vanity that has a spa look with the wood door and above counter sink. The entire bathroom was painted a pretty blue color including the walls and ceiling. Even the door was re-painted white. I also have a new toilet bowl. I already had an existing shower that had recently been installed. Fantastic job!"

"Eran and his team were great. I had agreed to remodel my bathroom before moving in to my new house. It turned into quite an adventure once structural problems were identified during demo. Eran worked with me on trying to keep the bathroom timeline on track as I worked to get other contractors in to fix the other problems.  And they worked above and beyond in motivating me when the other contractors were late. We did run in to a slowdown at the end of the project and better communication would have been recognized - the problem was with a supplier outside of Eranâ s control. The end result was a slip at the end date for the project. Once everything worked out, I was very happy with the end result."

The men he has working on each part of the project show up consistently, they prepare the house to keep it as tidy as possible through the process, they are nice and respectful to work with and so good at what they do! I was very impressed with Gino‘s ability to connect with someone to do a specific job and be here as soon as I had a need. We had to move some air conditioning ducting in addition to the remodel. Every single person Moshe brought onto our property was kind, respectful, and excellent at their craft, from Miguel the electrician to Victor, who built out our wardrobe, hung shutters, and took care of countless details. It was clear that Moshe surrounds himself with true professionals. I truly cannot recommend Moshe and Construction Masters highly enough. They turned a daunting remodel into a smooth, exciting process, and the results exceeded our expectations.
