"Since I had work done at my own home by them, I hired Lifeway Construction to work on my daughter’s house to repair soffit and fascia and repair some gaps by garage trim where the foundation had created some issues, Rather than worst case what I thought might have to be torn out and replaced, they were able to fill and caulk around that garage trim. They are honest and punctual, always give an estimate before work begins and they worked with us on our crazy schedule. They are meticulous and they ask before they do something that we may not have even noticed, but is for sure an improvement. A light fixture in the soffit of this house was in the way of the storm door opening outward, and they were able to move that over when they were already going to replace the soffit. I was so excited about that. It looks amazing. Added trim where fireplace Chimney meets the soffit, for continuity. 5 Stars my friends! "

"Antonio was very responsive to our siding repairs project request and he showed up to estimate our job that day. He pointed out other siding areas that should be addressed too. He took pictures and provided an estimate for the job. We scheduled the job and he notified us when he had some difficulty finding the siding materials, but always kept us informed via text/phone on when he would arrive. He went to work right away with his helper and several hours later all of the siding repairs and paint job for them were done and everything look great when we inspected it. We found Jeff to be as good or better than his reviews. He gave us a great price, did excellent work prepping and painting our house, and completed the work with the time he said it would take. It was very hot outside, but he worked through the heat of the day to get the job done. My next-door neighbor was so impressed with the work Jeff did on my house, he hired JTB to do his house, too!
