I have been working since i was 14. I have had many different jobs and excelled at every one of them while learning many different trades. Many positions I've had involved maintenance and I am currently a 1st class engineer at a hospital in Owasso. If its broke I can fix it and if I cant i probably know someone who can. Ive had jobs in apartment maintenance, personal training, maintenance at a summer camp, a lawn technician, basic plumbing and electric, door repair, small engine repair, appliance install/repair, painting, basic carpentry, and all kinds of other random equipment.

The problem is he did not complete the work and he did not clean up as agreed. We had worked with him very well and appreciated his knowledge and skill. Unfortunately, we paid him in full on his word he would return and finish. We have neither seen nor heard from him since. He did not complete second coats of paint where needed nor the caulking. He did not clean up and abandoned tools and equipment at our house. It was so abrupt I worried he was sick or hurt. It has been months with no word. I regret to say I am a very dissatisfied customer. I cannot say I would never use Grady again, but at any point in a project I would hold back whatever amount I thought it might cost to finish if he disappeared. That being said, I hope he's okay."

"I gave a 3 star rating after careful consideration. There is siding and guttering on my house, so there was some work done on my home. Please note that 3 out of 5 is equal to 60%, which is just shy of a failing grade. I spent $38,500 for the work done on my home. I wanted so badly to have a good experience and be happy with the quality of work. Unfortunately, that was not at all what I received. I made a $5,000 down payment in November 2019. Work was to begin at the end of January 2020. Owner, Lewis Gonzalez, kept putting me off and the work did not actually begin until June 2020. I am a pharmacist and was dealing with the early phase of the COVID pandemic, so I was somewhat distracted during this time. I definitely wish I would have ended the business relationship during the 5 month delay, but hindsight is always 20/20. Lewis had two young men that he called "the Russian guys" working on my project. Much of their work was questionable at best. These gentlemen ripped the dryer ventilation duct apart while removing the exterior vent, covered up rotted wood that I had specifically pointed out to be removed and replaced, screwed siding trim into styrofoam backing, etc. I could go on, but I have pictures of the work that will better detail the situations. Then, during the second week of work, Lewis informed that "the Russian guys" were going on vacation and would not be finishing the work on my home. Lewis and some of his other workers finished the job. I had two garages doors that were to be removed so that an exterior wall could be built to enclose the garage. A double door was also to be installed as part of the wall. Daylight can be seen from inside the garage where there is an open gap. Standing outside the garage, you can see areas of unprotected plywood, used to construct the wall, behind the siding. I recently learned that the plywood is not nailed into the 2x4 framing, so the exterior wall is actually bowed out. Inside the garage, the 2x4 framing does not meet in the corners where it was erected. The guttering has been another catastrophe. Work was "completed" the week after 4th of July weekend in 2020. The following week I saw where the gutter opening dumped water on a junction between the shingles and fascia of another part of the roof. I sent Lewis a video on 7/13/2020 of the situation. He told me multiple times in the intervening months that it would be corrected. It is still not corrected. It is a strange coincidence that the roof failed at this very location and has caused water damage to the ceiling in the interior garage. I could go on and on about the frustrations and disappointments of this past year since the work began, but I think photos and videos would do a much better job of conveying my feelings. I recently signed up for Facebook again so I could get these pictures and videos online. I thought I was finished with social media in 2011 when I closed my Facebook account, but here I am again.
